Whimsical Glass-on-Glass Mosaics for Kids

This is one of four panels  custom-designed and handcrafted for four of the young children in my own family.

These are Glass-on-Glass (GOG) mosaics built onto a beautiful substrate of translucent white stained glass, featuring just a subtle swirl or two of soft color. Measuring roughly one foot square, I engineered these panels specifically to be durable and safely shippable anywhere. Every custom piece arrives complete with the necessary chains, hooks, and straightforward installation instructions, making it effortless to hang safely inside a sunny window or flat against a wall.

How We Collaborate on Your Custom Panel

Because these are custom commission pieces, you aren't just buying a pre-made item off a shelf—we design it together.

• Choose Your Subject: You tell me what animal, character, or theme the special child in your life loves.

• Design & Concept Approval: I will personally look through professional graphics archives to find a selection of charming, high-quality illustrations that will adapt beautifully into a stained glass mosaic. (Rest assured, all professional graphics licensing and royalties are fully covered and paid by me).

• Handcrafting: Once you review the concepts and pick the perfect drawing, I get to work cutting and assembling the glass.

Since I crafted these original four panels, two more wonderful grandchildren have popped into our family! I am currently back at the workbench creating custom panels for them as well.
